Program Overview

Antioch University’s MBA prepares students to lead sustainable, socially responsible organizations by advancing the “triple bottom line” of people, planet, and profit. The program equips students with in-demand, market-ready skills to achieve organizational goals while promoting social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.

Students tailor their MBA experience by choosing from concentrations in Leadership & Teams, Nonprofit Leadership, or a flexible Self-Designed option aligned with their unique career goals-including those beyond traditional corporate settings.

Early in the program, students complete foundational coursework and earn stackable micro-credentials, each accompanied by a digital badge suitable for sharing on social media.  These include those for Applied Marketing Strategy, Sustainable Business Foundations, Applied Human Resource Practices, and Leading High-Performing Teams.

After completing 50% of the program, students are awarded a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership, recognizing their academic progress and developing expertise.

Courses throughout the MBA emphasize collaboration, experiential learning, personalized support, and practical application. Each course reflects Antioch University’s mission and values, ensuring that students build knowledge and skills directly transferable to their professional contexts.
