EDUC-6832: Sexuality Educator Practicum

This class provides an opportunity for students to put their theory of sexuality education into practice. Students will participate in a practicum by designing which may include presenting a workshop in the focus area of their choice, plan and implement a teaching project, or analyze a current sexuality education curriculum and suggest changes, etc. Performance expectations for each student will be built upon the prior quarter’s work. *This program meets the requirements for the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
