ATR-6530: Thesis III

This course is the final phase of the thesis sequence, where students will complete data analysis, finalize their written thesis, and prepare for an oral defense. Emphasis is placed on synthesizing research findings, drawing conclusions, and discussing the implications for clinical practice in athletic training. Key areas of focus include: Completion of data analysis and interpretation of research findings. Finalization of the written thesis following academic and professional standards. Preparation and delivery of an oral thesis defense to the thesis committee. Application of health informatics to support data presentation and dissemination of research findings. Advocacy for the profession by identifying how research outcomes can improve clinical practice and patient care for all humanity. Exploration of opportunities to publish or present research at professional conferences. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have defended their thesis and demonstrated their ability to contribute meaningful research to the field of athletic training.
