CFT-6302: Sex & Relationships

This course provides students with an introduction to working with dyadic, non-monogamous, and queer relationship structures and dynamics,
and related areas of sexological focus, including but not limited to: attachment, abuse, and technology. Systemic, psychological, social,
cultural, and developmental issues are explored withinnthe contexts of theory and practice. Students will be introduced to common issues in relational structures, ethical considerations for
relational work, as well as culturally-informed strategies for addressing those issues. Opportunities will be provided for reflection and
professional discussion on personal experiences and cultural norms that may impact their ability to practice and teach effectively with regard to relational systems.
