CFT-6310: Intermediate Sex Therapy

This course deepens students’ understanding of theoretical models, inclusive interventions, and case conceptualization for addressing the diverse and intersecting sexual health needs of clients. Students will explore the impact of systemic oppression, power dynamics, and cultural narratives on sexual well-being. Through case studies, experiential activities, and reflective practices, students will refine their ability to provide culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and client-centered care. Emphasis will be placed on fostering communication, intimacy, and healing within diverse relational systems, as well as developing skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
