COUN-7215: Culturally Sustaining Models of SupervisionThis course is designed to provide students with the theoretical and fundamental knowledge and skills of counseling supervision. It includes the study of supervision theories and models, roles and responsibilities of supervisors, the supervisory relationship, and current research in the field. Emphasis is placed on developing culturally sustaining supervision practices through the exploration of global and sociocultural factors and their impact on the supervisory process. Min.
