COUN-7255: Culturally Sustaining Application of Supervision ModelsThis advanced course builds upon COUN XX: Culturally Sustaining Models of Supervision, deepening students’ understanding of supervision approaches while providing supervised opportunities to conduct culturally sustaining individual and group supervision with master’s practicum students. The course also addresses current issues in supervision, including administrative procedures, evaluation methods, professional disposition responsibilities, legal and ethical considerations, and the use of technology in supervision. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of supervision skills and the development of reflective supervisory practice in a global context. Min.
