COUN-7305: Residency OneThis residency experience focuses on enhancing students’ counseling and supervision skills across diverse settings and delivery modalities, including individual, triadic, and group supervision. Students will apply culturally sustaining strategies in counseling and supervision while evaluating the effectiveness and appropriateness of various supervisory approaches. The course also emphasizes the development of personalized self-care practices to support long-term wellness and professional resilience as counselor educators and global justice advocates. Through experiential activities and reflection, students will integrate theory with practice to strengthen their identity as ethical and culturally responsive counselor educators. Min.
