COUN-7405: Residency TwoThis doctoral residency experience provides students with an immersive opportunity to strengthen their professional identity and leadership within counselor education. Students will apply diverse and inclusive teaching methods in live demonstration settings, incorporating ethical, legal, and technological considerations. The course also emphasizes the development of effective mentorship practices in both educational and clinical contexts. In addition to teaching and mentoring, students will apply their research knowledge by delivering a scholarly presentation and will design a community initiative proposal addressing a local need. This integrative experience supports the development of culturally responsive leaders prepared to contribute to the profession through teaching, research, service, and community engagement. Min.
