COUN-7610: Professional Identity and Leadership Liberation and Multicultural DiscourseThe purpose of this courses is to explore how a Counselor Education and Supervision identity translates into an Inclusive Leadership model promoting multicultural competence as instructors, supervisors researchers, and social justice advocates. Students will participate in multicultural discourse from the micro (self-awareness) to the macro (liberation) across intersecting identities as well as facilitate intentional discourse experiences with master’s level counseling students.
