Plan of Study
To earn the MEd degree in Elementary Education and be recommended for initial New Hampshire Elementary Education teaching licensure, while at the same time be endorsed as a Waldorf Teacher, students must meet the general education requirements, and must successfully complete a minimum of 40 credits distributed as follows: Theoretical & Philosophical Foundations of Education - 9 Semester Credits
Curriculum & Instruction - 20 Semester Credits
Educational & Social Policy - 5 Semester Credits
Plus required Waldorf Workshops - 0 Semester Credits
Elementary Teaching Internships and Professional Seminar - 6 Semester Credits
Note:
ED 6931 Practicum (3 semester credits) may be substituted for ED 6915 Internship with prior advisor approval. ED 6935 Public Waldorf Practicum (3 semester credits) may be substituted for ED 6975 Public Waldorf Internship with prior advisor approval. |
