EDP-6300: Waldorf School AdministrationThis course will provide an overview of Waldorf school administration, leadership, and the karmic considerations of group work. The emphasis will be on understanding the various roles in a Waldorf school, including that of the teacher, parent, administrator and board member. A major focus of study will be on the parent-teacher relationship. Learning in this course is intended to support teachers in their non-instructional roles in a Waldorf school. Min.
