PSY-3470: Cognitive PsychologyHow do we process the world around us? Why do some things grab our attention and others we ignore? How do we problem solve? This course examines the models and processes relevant to human cognition. Topics include information processing, attention, language, problem solving, cognitive-behavioral modification, and decision making. Surveys of empirical research and applications of concepts to everyday experience will be included. Min.
