SOJ-4402: Youth at Risk Collective Action

This course addresses issues involved in assessment, intervention and consultation for at-risk youth and their families in the United States. Additionally, policies and interventions that impact children in the State of Washington will be introduced and critically reviewed. Students will learn about different types of professionals that work with at-risk youth and how they can become more involved in their communities to help families with at-risk youth.
